"Was recommended to bring my car here by my family’s mechanic for transmission issues, I got my car in to the shop right before they closed expecting to just drop it off, they immediately checked it out, ran codes, test drove it, and gave me all of the information I needed to give to the dealership since VW doesn’t have the parts or info available for the shop to fix it. They told me everything I needed to tell the dealership and gave me all the information I needed so I can get my car fixed without the dealership doing more than what’s needed. So appreciative for their help and taking the time at the end of their day to get me in quickly and make sure I was fully informed before leaving!"
