In April of 2024 you rebuilt our transmission. We experienced problems with the transmission slipping while we were on vacation. When we got back to town, we brought the vehicle back to you. Kathy was very polite when I called about the problem. After taking the vehicle back for an inspection, Todd in the shop attached a computer to our vehicle and took me on a thirty-minute drive to see what was wrong. Thank you, Todd. After our test drive, Todd figured out that we had the four-wheel drive control in the wrong setting. After putting it in the correct setting the vehicle drove fine. Common signs include unusual noises, slipping gears, or delays in shifting.

How much does a transmission repair cost?

Costs vary based on the extent of damage and type of vehicle. When you contact us for an estimate, please be ready with your complete VIN or at a minimum year, make, model, sub model and engine. The more information you can provide, the quicker we can give you an estimate.

Do you provide warranties on repairs?

Yes, we offer transmission rebuild warranties as well as warranties on general maintenance. Please inquire for specific details based upon the work being performed.

Do you do work other than transmission repairs?

Yes, we perform most general maintenance on vehicles, but we prioritize transmission work. We do not overhaul engines or do internal engine repairs but can recommend where you can take your vehicle for that kind of work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. We do not have internal financing but can accept Synchrony Car Care Credit, which you can apply for if you need that option.
