In April of 2024 you rebuilt our transmission. We experienced problems with the transmission slipping while we were on vacation. When we got back to town, we brought the vehicle back to you. Kathy was very polite when I called about the problem. After taking the vehicle back for an inspection, Todd in the shop attached a computer to our vehicle and took me on a thirty-minute drive to see what was wrong. Thank you, Todd. After our test drive, Todd figured out that we had the four-wheel drive control in the wrong setting. After putting it in the correct setting the vehicle drove fine. We can't thank you enough for being honest and standing behind your work, especially when your customers don't understand all the buttons in their vehicle!! Thank you so much for the attention you gave us as customers!
